Step-by-step enrolment procedure

Application for the 2019-2020 academic year is possible from 10 October 2018. For most degree programmes, the deadline to enrol for the 2019-2020 academic year is 1 May 2019. To enrol, follow the steps below.

Enrolment deadlines for:

  • Degree programmes that have a Study check: no later than 1 May 2019.  
  • Degree programmes that have an enrolment quota and selection procedure: Application for the 2019-2020 academic year is possible from 10 October 2018 to 15 January 2019. 
  • Part-time and dual programmes: preferably before 1 May, but no later than 31 August 2019.

You can find the admission requirements on the degree programme's website. Check if there are any prerequisites for the programme.

Application for the 2019-2020 academic year is possible from 10 October 2018.

If you live in the Netherlands, you can log in on the Studielink website using your DigiD. If you do not have a DigiD, you can request one via the DigiD site

If you do not live in the Netherlands, you can apply for a user name and password by clicking the 'Request login details and log in' button.

The process of applying for and receiving a DigiD takes approximately 3 working days. If you do not live in the Netherlands, you can request a user name and password from Studielink.

All AUAS students receive an AUAS ID.

Your AUAS ID is your personal username which, combined with your password, grants you access to the AUAS’s ICT facilities.

Please activate your ID at id.student.hva.nl. Take the following steps:

  1. Select Activate my account (under Sign in).
  2. Under ID, enter your AUAS ID and click Proceed.
  3. Enter your date of birth and the email address that you entered in Studielink.
  4. Check I accept the ICT code of conduct and click Proceed.
  5. You receive an email with the activation code now (valid for 2 hours only).
  6. Click on the link that you received by email. Enter your AUAS ID +and click Next (in the upper right corner).
  7. Enter the Activation code and click Next (in the upper right corner).
  8. Enter a password twice and click on Save (in the upper right corner)

The study check is a mandatory step in the enrolment procedure for all full-time degree programmes and applies to all prospective students.
For bachelor programmes with an enrolment quota there is a selection procedure instead of the study check.

After you have submitted your enrolment request in Studielink the degree programme will send you an invitation for the study check or selection day.

You can make the necessary arrangements to pay your tuition fees as from 15 May 2019. Please ensure you do this before 1 September as otherwise you will not be able to commence your programme.

To obtain a student ID card, you first have to upload a passport photo on mijnhvapas.nl. You will need your AUAS ID to do this.
