Go to id.student.hva.nl to activate your AUAS ID. Simply click on the 'Activate account' link and follow the instructions. Once you have done that, log in to your AUAS mailbox. Be sure to check your inbox regularly, or you might miss important information. Log in at email.hva.nl using your AUAS [email protected] email address (your AUAS ID followed [email protected]) and your password.
Have you paid your tuition fees and made all further steps required to finalise your enrolment? You cannot start your degree programme this September unless you have completed all the required steps. Once a proof of enrolment has been sent to your AUAS email address, you can be sure that your enrolment has been finalised.
Every day's study begins with MyAUAS (the AUAS digital learning platform). Here you can log in with your AUAS ID and find your timetable, all you need to know about your courses, your grades and any messages from your lecturers. If a lecturer will be absent, you will be notified via MyAUAS. You will also find an A-Z list of practical information for your programme, including such things as ICT, facilities, regulations and supervision.
Check out the instructional videos.
Information about the reading list, software, laptop and other study materials will be added to this page at a later date.

Every student is issued with a student ID card. These can be used for printing, borrowing books and payment at vending machines. To apply for your student ID card, simply upload your passport photo via www.mijnhvapas.nl. This will require you to enter your AUAS ID, which has been sent to you by email. You will receive your student ID card at the end of August.
If you apply for your student ID card before 10 August, it will be sent to your correspondence address in the week of 20 – 24 August (the week before the AUAS induction week). If you apply for your student ID card between 10 August and 15 September, it will be sent to you within two working weeks.
Once you have received your student ID card, you will need to activate it (once only) at one of the service points in the AUAS buildings. Please bring along a valid ID.
NB: if you do not live in the Netherlands, your student ID card will not be sent to your home address. It will be ready for you to collect from one of the service points.
